The only identifiable information we collect about you is through the voluntary registration /feedback form included in the Application; this information includes your name, the Android software version of your device and the name of the app. Automatically Collected Information In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device and your mobile operating system. The only information which is automatically collected is required for the proper operation of the Application.
The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
The information you voluntarily provide through the registration/ feedback form will be shared with the teachers or management. Other than the information you voluntarily provide through the registration/ feedback form, no information will be shared with any third parties.
We may send you marketing communications by email and SMS if you have indicated that you are happy to receive such information. Please note that if you ask us to stop sending marketing material, we will keep a note of your personal information and your request so that we can make sure you are excluded from the emails/ SMS when they are sent out.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
We will retain User provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
